Landbier. Haus Lager. 5% 

 

A California lager inspired by the local lagers of Franconia, Germany.  Featuring all California grown ingredients including Feldblume malt from Admiral Maltings and Triple Perle hops from Hoppin Raccoon Ranch.  Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered in horizontal tanks for a month.  Fresh baked garden berry pie with brown sugar and herb crust.

Hallowed. Munich-style Helles lager. 5%


A quintessential pale lager that embodies the very definition of drinkability. Step-mashed with Weyermann Barke Pils and Munich malts. Kettle hopped with German Magnum and Mittelfrüh. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered in horizontal tanks until we couldn’t wait any longer. Subtle notes of fresh-baked rounds lightly drizzled in clover honey.

Decrepify. Munich-style Dunkel. 4.5%


The dark counterpart of Bavarian lagerbier. Step-mashed with a blend of 5 different German malts for maximum complexity, balanced by a touch of Magnum and Mittelfrüh hops. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered for weeks in horizontal tanks. Unwind with caramel ribbon biscotti half-dipped in chocolate and a dusting of select Kona roast

Polyphion. German Pils. 5.2%

 

A crisp and refreshing Bavarian-style Pils. Mashed with a blend of Weyermann Pilsner and Extra Pale Premium Pils malt and hopped exclusively with German Tettnanger hops. Spunded for natural carbonation and lagered cold in horizontal tanks until peak maturity was achieved. Garden herb crackers zested with meyer lemon.

Mirrored Path. French Pils 4.9 % 

 

​A light and aromatic European Pils made with French malt and hops. Brewed with 100% craft malt from Sugar Creek Malt Co, featuring their estate grown French Pilsner malt and malted Oaxacan Green Corn. Dry hopped with French Strisselspalt and Barbe Rouge, and lagered cold with our house lager yeast. A complex medley of crunchy tartines, rose petal, mixed berries, and chopped chives.   

Edelgard. Export Lager 5.5% 

 

​A pale German-style lager that sits in the Goldilocks zone between Helles and Pils. Mashed with Weyermann Pils and Munich malts with water of high-sulfate minerality. Featuring German Spalt Select hops in the late kettle and whirlpool. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered in horizontal tanks until fully conditioned. Break into freshly baked rolls of homemade brötchen with fresh herbs.

Miralor Manor. Imperial Dark Lager. 10%

​A luxurious and robust Baltic Porter pushed to the absolute limit within the spectrum of lager. Double mashed with 100% craft malt from @sugarcreekmaltco , featuring a blend of 6 of their malt varieties. Fermented for a month with our house lager yeast and lagered cold in horizontal tanks for an additional two months. Warm up to triple chocolate pot de crème crowned in brûlée shatter, drizzled in black currant and plumb coulis.

 

Fog Lair. Hazy Pale Lager. 6% 

 

​A juicy lager showcasing its potential in a world dominated by IPA. Mashed with a blend of North American Pilsner malt and oats. Dry hopped unselfishly with Citra, Citra Cryo, and Sabro. Come vibe to coconut macaroon with pineapple filling and topped with candied lime.

Unfathomed King. Cold IPA. 7% 

 

​A modern take on strong hoppy lager, brewed in a West Coast fashion.  Mashed with a blend of some of our favorite pilsner malts from Admiral, Weyermann, and Gambrinus.  Double dry hopped with with the unholy trinity of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic & Citra cryo.  Strong notes of lychee sorbet, candied grapefruit, and blueberry kush.

Can I bring outside food and drinks inside the brewery?
Food is always welcome, however any outside alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

Are kids allowed?
Yes, of course! We ask that children are supervised at all times and that they be mindful of staff and other guests.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes! We ask that all dogs be on a leash and any and all aggressive behavior or barking will be asked to move outside.

Will we be having events? Live music?
For all events, food trucks, etc, please check our social media or above on the schedule for information.

Our philosophy on beer is simple: utilize the tried and true methods identified in brewing history, and integrate them with modern technology and equipment; use the finest fresh ingredients available from local craft suppliers whenever possible; and create excellent beer that will taste familiar or be an entirely new experience for any patron that walks through our doors.
