Fresh Hop Landbier. 5%

This special lager is inspired by our Landbier, our only lager made exclusively with locally sourced malted barley and hops grown here in Northern California. Mashed with a blend of malts from Admiral Maltings and hopped with freshly harvested Hoppin Raccoon Ranch Triple Perle hops. These hops were picked and brewed with on the same morning to showcase the ultra fine quality of freshly harvested wet hops. There’s nothing else quite like a fresh, wet hopped beer, as it can only happen once a year when hops are harvested.

This lager is similar to our Landbier, but slightly less bitter with notes of crispy raspberry strudel and fresh cut grass. Unlike our Landbier, this beer is not slow poured, but served like any of our other lagers we have on draft.
